“To many  women suffer in silence , not knowing their true worth and struggling to love themselves .Sometimes we can feel like no one understands  how we feel and we can feel like we are the only people in the world that feels such away, but the truth is, women everywhere are  dealing with something. We all  need help or support at some stage of our life . I struggled with self love for many years, I went through alot of lows in my life and alot of bad experiences that left me with alot of healing to do. When we have  understanding and knowledge  about  how we feel and what is happening in our life everthing gets alot clearer .
