5 spiritual practices for more alignment

Hello Beautiful Soul ,

Welcome come back , I am feeling abit deep today .Craving connection to my inner self and feeling the drag of the modern world ,well thats the mood today .So since that is how I am feeling and if you are reading this right now, you are probably feeling abit like that yourself.

Last Saturday I was at a sound healing on the beach ,you know the one they use the bowls for deep meditation .I have never experienced one before and if you have never done one, I do recommend you to try one even if it is only once.

After along year ,a sad year I wondered this week how I am in Decemember ,months have passed and for alot of it I am now sure I have been fully present.During the sound healing there was point for me that my lower back around where the root charka is ,felt like it had frozen .I mean I thought I was never getting up from the position I was in .It was a very powerful feeling ,the feeling of being trapped in some way in my body and as the session went on the stiffness started to fade and I felt lighter .When we go for a healing or a deep meditation like this, it allows us to help our bodies to release emotions we have trapped in our bodies .As a intutive healer myself I know how powerful this can be to our inner self and the powerful effect it can have on our lives .

I do alot of spiritual practices to stay connected but sometimes I can get caught up in stresses of life and forget what works for me, but everytime I implement them back into my daily life ,I feel so much better.

Here are 5 things that always help me align to my true self and I am sure they will work for you also .

  1. Working on inner peace .This is the ultimate way to reduce stress in your life .So how do we start …..meditate ,even it is only for 5 to 10 minutes a day do it .Taking the time to breath deep and be quiet with yourself allows stress to flow away .
  2. Emotional healing .Letting go of past shit is a must for spiritual alignment .You got to work through it .So how do you do that ,well going for a healing ,putting your self in place that allows emotions to arise like the sound bath and when it rises up allowing yourself to let it go .
  3. Physical wellbeing .Again going for a healing or attending a yoga class feeds the physcal part of you that needs this energy to thrive. Do not underestimate the power healing energy .The we can not see but feel is the way forward.
  4. Self awareness .Listening to your self, so you can feel and feed the direction you are meant to go in .We become out of alignment when we are going in the wrong direction to what are soul wants .So how do we find the right direction ?….Listen ….it is always talking to you …you are just not listening .
  5. Connection .Get out in narure and feel the vibration of a natural life and people ,surround yourself with those who build you up ,align with you and who are growing in a healthy ,positive way .

5 simple ways to align with the spiritual part of you ,If you know me you know I beleive we are more spititual than body and if our spirtiual part is off track our life is off track .
