Say goodbye to negative thoughts

Hello Beautiful souls ,

Welcome back ,I have been up and down like a yoyo and there has been so many changes going on, some days I feel like ,”Hey world can you just stop a minute ?”,

The thing is the world stops for no one ,no matter what is going on ,it just keeps going .

So if you have felt like this at anytime and negative thoughts seem to be overwhelming, know you are not alone.

If you are feeling scared about what is next, anxious about what is next ,uncomfortable about what is next take a deep breath .If you are feeling stressed ,angry, disappointed or even frustrated right now ,take a deep breath, always remember you are not alone. Keep reading to get a few simples steps you can take to feel better and create better energy in your life with what you are feeling right now.

Out of the above what is it that you are feeling .It may sound simple but just ask yourself “What am I feeling right now ” What ever answer comes up for you ,then that is what you have to work on to release. You might have to sit for awhile and ask a few times to be sure of what the feeling is, but once you are sure you can move on to releasing the feeling.

Now you have to get into the feeling or thought so you understand why you are feeling this way. Why are you having this negative thought at this time in your life ?,

Again sit with yourself until you get the answer. Remember when we are trying new ways to bring change into our lives, these sort of exercises can feel weird and unnatural but go with it .At the end of the day every thought or feeling we have is always trying to teach us something.

When you have your answer, practice gratitude. Say thank you for for the guidance that has come to you. Every time we show up for ourselves we align more with our true selves .Every time we say thank you, we create a flow of positive supportive energy to us. Simple exercises can have a massive positive effect on your life.

Trust the process .Fear is powerful but you, beautiful soul are more powerful than any negative thought or feeling. The more you work at changing the thought the easier it will become.

One day at a time ,One change of thought at a time and you, beautiful soul will change everything for the better.
