Our biggest challenge in life is loving ourself. It is so easy to give love to others or feel love for another, but it is not always easy to give the same to ourself. Have you ever wondered why that is and what would happen if we truly accepted and loved all of who we are ?
Do you ever think there was a time in your life that you truly loved all of you and if there was why did it change ?.
I would think all of us loved ourself completely at one time of our lives and I would think if we could remember back it was probably when we were young .When we are a child a lot of things just did not matter .We were care free and we did not try to be anything but the child we were at that time .
However when we start to grow up lots changed .Our bodies changed ,our minds change and our emotions change .We get influenced by others in so many ways ,we begin to not fully trust in ourselves and we begin the mental attack on ourselves .The comparing to others ,the wanting of things material so we can feel important or if we have them we will feel better .
You came to this world unique and you will leave this world unique .You have to embrace that and love all of who you are .Nobody thinks they are perfect and if you think some one is perfect, I can a sure you ,If you spent 5 minutes in their head you would know they do not think that of themselves .
We have so many negative thoughts in our head on a daily basis it is hard to love all of you but here is the thing .The less you listen and the more you correct the thought with a positive one you will learn to love all of you .I know right not you may not be the perfect weight ,have the perfect job ,be in the perfect relationship the list can go on and that can make it hard to love yourself completely, but its not about what is not right, it is about what is. Loving all of you right here ,right now is how it is to be .The more you accept all of you, the more power you have to create and attract all that is meant for you .
